Lance E. Olson, M.D. (Retired As Of 06/30/02)

Dr. Olson's impressive list of accomplishments has made him a valuable member of the Spokane Eye Clinic for the past 10 years. Prior to joining the clinic staff, Dr. Olson finished his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Iowa and went on to complete a fellowship in corneal transplantation and external eye diseases at the world-renowned Moorsfield Eye

Hospital in London, England. A graduate of both Michigan State University (Ph.D. in Corneal Physiology) and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Olson has published numerous articles in medical journals. He gave up a career in professional basketball to concentrate on medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Washington State Academy of Ophthalmology and the Washington State Medical Association
