Dr. Snow entered private practice of Ophthalmology in Spokane in 1979. He is a graduate of Washington state University and the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, where he was elected Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary. Dr. Snow remained at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine for his Internship and Residency in Ophthalmology. After two years as an eye surgeon in the U.S. Air Force, he took further training in eye problems of children at the Oregon Health Science University in Portland. Dr. Snow is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is an active member of State and County Medical Societies and was President of the Spokane County Medical Society in 1990.
Dr. Snow provides routine eye examinations and consultations, medical therapy, laser treatment, and surgery for children and adults. His special interests include lazy eye (amblyopia), eye muscle problems (strabismus), infant tear duct surgery, and small incision cataract surgery in infants, children and adults.
Dr. Snow is involved in many community activities and is an active member of Spokane Central Lions Club.
