Randall K. Jacobson, MD
Dr. Jacobson is a native of Spokane, graduating from Lewis and Clark High School in 1986. He attended the University of Washington and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1990. He then attended St. Louis University School of Medicine, graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his medical degree in 1994.
After a Residency in Ophthalmology at Ohio State University, Dr. Jacobson completed a Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery. He also enjoyed the opportunity to perform cataract surgery in England and Africa. He is board certified by the American Board of OphthalmologyDr. Jacobson is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists.
Dr. Jacobson joined the Spokane Eye Clinic in 1999. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of corneal and external eye disease. His special interests also include corneal transplantation, small incision cataract surgery, and advanced technology intraocular lenses.
